Who we're looking for

We're specifically recruiting for a seasoned professional from within the disability sector to develop and deliver the annual Bunji Groups & Supported Holidays plan.

The delivery of the annual plan includes completing all logistics, marketing, financial management and participant coordination of all groups and supported holidays.

Role specific requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating events involving groups of people

  • Availability to work weekends where required by the Head of Operations

  • Ability to travel on supported holiday trips including overnight stays from time to time

  • Proven digital competency, including the use of digital systems to record client notes and manage appointments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • The ability to problem solve on the go
