How does Bunji work?

Once you sign up to Bunji, one of our Care Coordinators will get in touch to discuss your individual support needs. Our Care Coordinators will work with you to identify your unique supports, as well as the dates and times of your preferred sessions. We even take the time to understand your individual Care Worker preferences. Once we have this information, we then schedule your individualised support.

What funding do I need?

You can either pay privately for the disability support services you receive, or use your NDIS funding to pay for them. Depending on how many hours you'd like to access, you may even choose to do both!

Can I still access Bunji if I am not eligible for the NDIS?

Yes. You can access Bunji services even if you are not eligible for NDIS funding. If you are not eligible for NDIS funding, we will work with you to invoice you for the services that you choose to use. If you do become eligible or start receiving NDIS funding, we can continue to provide exactly the same services and your NDIS funding will help contribute to payment of those services.
