I'm responsible for ensuring rosters are maintained and updated daily for the best possible outcome for participants to meet their goals. I'm a main point of contact for the team as well as external supports.
-
I started as a volunteer in the disability sector whilst in high school. After 4 years in early childhood education I moved over to the disabilty sector permanently. Having spent the last 6 years mainly working at a high behaviour centre as a complex needs support worker and joining Bunji as a senior support worker, I was eager to mix things up and take on a position in the Bunji office team.
-
I was really drawn to the values Bunji stands by. I'm very passionate about person centred plans and the Bunji team go to great lengths to reach the best possible outcome for the participants and I'm proud to be apart of that.

Bunji are an amazing team of people. I love the workplace culture and hearing from our participants and their families all about their success stories.
-
I can help organise the rostering of supports, to match participants with suitable or preferred support workers and keep participants and their families informed of changes or adjustments.
-
I love spending time with family, friends, my fiancé and our puppy Toby. I also love movies, live music and reading books.
