• I support staff and participants to flourish, through innovation and education. I complete inductions, training, maintaining information accuracy and compliance of staff. My main role is supporting staff so that they can continue supporting participants as their needs change. My role changes daily depending on the needs of the team, staff and participants. You may see me in the office, running training or at a service for a participant.

  • I have worked in case management and community services for over 7 years. I have a Psychology degree and a Post Graduate Degree in Disability Inclusion. While studying I worked as a care worker. It was then I decided I wanted to go into community services working with those in need to overcome barriers and meet their goals over becoming a psychologist. I started out case managing newly arrived Refugee's at the Australian Red cross, then continued into Complex case management for Emergency Relief participants during COVID. I then went into Duty care Managing for Out of hospital care program. I have supported the CALD community, Children, Women at risk, asylum seekers, Individual with disabilities, people with temporary injuries, older individuals and people at the end of their lives. With a few other positions and a lot of learning in between. I am now at Bunji Excited to get started helping staff and Participants reach their full potential.

  • I was drawn to Bunji as they have are different from other disability support companies. They come from a place of yes and are always looking for new ways to support participants. Every staff member has dedication and passion for what they do, they always strive to support participants to live meaningful lives and meet their goals.

  • I enjoy working at Bunji as we are person centred in every way. We have a friendly and supportive team that always are looking to innovate and make positive change in not only participants lives but in the disability sector.

  • I can help make sure their workers have all the skill they need to best support them how they want to be supported.

  • I always have a project, normally in the form of a DIY. Sometimes in the form of updating something around the house, organising, painting, pottery, furniture restoration and much more.

  • My Super Power would be to be able to control time. That way I could go back and relive some of my most cherished memories.
