Lead the delivery and execution of Bunji's operations, supporting the team to efficiently undertake their roles through a person centred framework and aligned with Bunji's vision and values. My role focuses on our growth and strategic strategies, ensuring we take a measured approach to ensure our participants have access to the support they need.

I have worked in a number of senior roles in the disability sector for close to 20 years, after completing my degree at the University of Wollongong.

Bunji's values align extremely close to mine. I found that I had previously worked in environments where I wasn't able to have the client in the forefront of the decisions being made, which is the way it should be! It is also great to work with people who are passionate about innovative ways to support people while ensuring our time is maximised to focus on those same people.

We have an amazing team of people who are all passionate to support our participants achieve their goals. I love keeping in touch with our participants and hearing their stories of success and what they have accomplished.

I'm always open to share my thoughts and ideas on the best way to maximise a participant's supports. I have been involved with NDIS supports since its inception, and am passionate and encourage participants to set meaningful goals that they are able to achieve with the supports they choose. I work hard to advocate on their behalf on sector wide issues and concerns that affect their ability to live their lives independently.

Sport of any kind! I love watching live sports and playing where I can (although not that well). I also love to travel, both in Australia and abroad.

Flight. I'm scared of heights however...but it would be great to get from A to B quickly.
