Bunji X Principle Brewing Collaboration: A Brew For The Better
Promoting Employment Of People With A Disability In The Workplace
Bunji and Principle Brewing have teamed up to launch Bunji Brews, an exclusive beer created to promote workplace inclusion and advocate for the employment of people with disabilities. This unique collaboration highlights how businesses and community programs can work together to create positive change.
Bunji’s Launchpad program helps young people with disabilities transition from school and connect with employment opportunities. The partnership with Principle Brewing offered participants a unique opportunity to engage in the brewing process and explore various aspects of the hospitality industry.
Participants played a key role in the project, from designing the exclusive Bunji Brews can label to learning about brewing, canning, customer service, and how to pour the perfect beer.
“Our participants loved being involved in every step of this project,” said Rosana, Bunji’s SLES Coordinator. “It’s inspiring to see businesses like Principle Brewing invest time and resources into fostering inclusivity and helping participants gain confidence and skills.”
Principle Brewing Director David said brewing with purpose and inclusion in the workplace is something he is particularly passionate about.
“This collaboration highlights the importance of workforce inclusion to everyone who passes through our doors. It’s been a rewarding experience working with the dedicated Launchpad participants and teaching them everything that goes into creating an amazing brew.”
The Bunji and Principle Brewing partnership has ignited meaningful conversations about the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, demonstrating how even small initiatives can drive big change.
